Clos Mireille Blanc

This wine, the original and only white wine produced by Domaines Ott⋆, embodies all the identity of Clos Mireille: a coastal terroir that imparts a characteristic saline touch. This delicate wine is a pared-back, refined fine white wine perfectly suited to gastronomy.
Sémillon, Rolle
The majority of this blend is the Semillon grape, which provides structure and body, complemented by Rolle which provides balance and aromatic complexity. Long ageing on fine lees in wooden foudres, with a stirring of the lees (bâtonnage), serves to smooth and round out this wine, which has a great capacity to develop well with age.
The wine displays a white gold hue flecked with silver. Its highly expressive nose precedes a clean, taut palate interwoven with notes of white peaches and nutty overtones. The saline finish rounds off this excellent wine.
